At facewearuk.com, we offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs:
- Standard Delivery: Enjoy free delivery on all orders over £50. For orders under £50, a standard delivery fee of £4.95 applies.
- Next Day Delivery: Place your order before 2:00 PM, and we’ll deliver it the next working day. Please note that next day delivery is unavailable during sale periods.
- Click & Collect: Order online and collect your items from a local store at your convenience. This service is free of charge.
Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the delivery option chosen. While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, please note that they are not guaranteed. During busy periods, such as holidays and sales, deliveries may take longer.
Delivery Charges
Standard delivery is free for orders over £50. For orders under £50, a delivery charge of £4.95 applies. Next day delivery is available for a fee, and charges will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery to Stores
We offer free delivery to selected stores. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification. Please bring your order confirmation and proof of identity when collecting your items.
Tracking Your Order
After dispatch, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your order’s progress. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
Missed Deliveries
If you’re not available to receive your delivery, the carrier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.
International Delivery
We currently offer delivery to select international destinations. International shipping charges and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
